Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind for plants. Please choose carefully when you purchase online. Plants are unique and therefore may vary slightly in colour, size, or shape from the gallery images provided on product listings.


Non-returnable items
Live plants cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any clearance items or gift cards. Clearance items will be clearly marked.


Refunds

Please get in touch with us immediately if the plant or item you receive is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may qualify for replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. We aim to pack all our plants with care, however, sometimes things happen outside our control. Please contact hello@thegreengrower.co.nz with photo evidence of damages and your proof of purchase to be considered for a replacement plant or refund. Each case will be evaluated individually. Slight blemishes due to courier handling and postal services will not qualify for rebates. We do our best to ship with care and use our best judgment to be as fair and reasonable when it comes to refunds.

 

If your refund is approved, you’ll get to choose between:

- A refund to your original payment method within 7 business days OR
- A store credit in the form of a The Green Grower Gift Voucher to use in the future on the website OR
- A replacement plant/item if one is available.

 Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
